NeeDoh provides these terms so US customers can understand ordering, delivery, and support before purchasing.

Payment selection

Transactions are settled in USD. Customers choose from the payment methods made available on the checkout screen for that specific purchase.

Authorization and security

The selected provider securely authorizes and processes payment. We do not view or store a customer's complete payment-card number. An order may be held or cancelled if authorization fails or a legitimate fraud review is needed.

Final total and refunds

Product charges, discounts, applicable taxes, shipping, and the final amount are confirmed at checkout. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 business days; the provider may need additional posting time.
